The children watch each and every actions of ours. And then also imitate us. And make sure we try to do the right thing always insha Allaah.
It was narrated that ‘Abd-Allaah ibn ‘Aamir Radhiyallaahu ‘Anhu who said:
“My mother called me one day when Rasulullah Shalallaahu ‘alaihi wa Sallam was sitting in our house. She said, ‘Come here, and I will give you (something).’ Rasulullah said, ‘What do you want to give him?’ She said, ‘I will give him a date.’ Rasulullah said: ‘If you had not given him something, you would have been lying.’”
