Midnight Reflection

my daily journal

“I think it’s very healthy to spend time alone. You need to know how to be alone and not be defined by another person.” ~Oscar Wilde

A perfect time for me-time, to spend a little space on my own is always a late night like this. To write, to think, to pray, to reflect, to read, to have a snack or even to sew. To finish my unfinished bussiness.

Mencatat apa yang terjadi hari ini dalam jurnal harian, nge-blog di depan PC sambil dengerin rekaman audio kajian, melakukan hal-hal yang tidak sempat dilakukan ketika anak-anak masih terjaga..

Oh, what a heaven ❤

Still and silent. Far away from the real world. Not distracted by any person. A kind of peace which nothing ever compares.  When the world sleeps and the minutes linger to midnight.

It’s just me, myself and I..

“Reflection must be reserved for solitary hours; whenever she was alone, she gave way to it as the greatest relief; and not a day went by without a solitary walk, in which she might indulge in all the delight of unpleasant recollections.” ~Jane Austen, Pride and Prejudice

~ Jakarta, almost midnight.. and here I am still recollecting minds and thoughts ~
